10 tips for relaxation

1. Become aware of your Breathe, start to focus on your breathing in and breathing out. As you take your next breath in count to 5, hold your breathe, for a count of 5, then release your breathe for a count of 5. If you are unable to breathe into a count of 5, lower the number until you can increase it until you find the right number for breathing in and breathing out.
This can be done any where and any time you feel nervous, stressed, anxious, unsure, or you want to just let go of where you are in the moment, to reboot or regroup back into alignment of Being.
2. When you cannot shut your mind off and it is going round in circles over and over the same old stuff. Get a piece of paper and pen and start writing down the stuff, don’t worry about spelling, punctuation or grammar, write until you are done and got everything out of your mind. DON”T read it, instead screw it up into a ball and throw it away or burn it if you can. Then say thank you I am letting this go it no longer serves me anymore. Breath in relaxation, breath out relaxation continue until you feel you are relaxed. Repeat when necessary.
3. Go for a walk even if it is around the block, fresh air, breathing and walking are a good way to relax your body, helps you to loosen up generally, which allows you to make shifts in your mind and body, letting you, your body and mind to relax and unwind. Setting your intention before your walk to relax will help speed up the process.
4. Being in nature whether it is your garden, park, in the country/bush/forest, being in nature is so relaxing that why many people like to garden. You get your garden weeded/planted plus have your world/life put in order. Allow yourself to open to your surrounding when in nature and allow the relaxation and magic to happen.
5. Prayer is another great way for total relaxation. It can be a prayer you know and have used or get a prayer off the internet or from a book. Sit down and start reciting your prayer until you feel you are finished this can be anything from 5 times to 100. Stay with it until you feel you have let go of the thoughts and feeling you had when you started, letting them go through saying your prayer allows the body/mind relaxation.
6. Take a blank piece of paper without lines if possible and some colored pens/crayons and start to either draw or scribble either way get your frustrations out. Then take a clean sheet of paper in your newly relaxed state and draw how you feel now. Observe what you came from to where you are now.
7. Call upon Lord St. Germain and the Violet Flame/Angels and say:
‘ I am a being of the violet fire ‘
‘ I am the purity God desires ‘
Repeat until you feel relaxed and enjoy that space for as long as you need.
Remember to say Thank you.
8. If you have a pet spend time with them stroking and talking with them like you do, allow your imagination to see the layers of your anxiousness/stress/frustration become less and less until you feel relaxed and maybe have your answer/solution.
9. Give yourself permission to relax by sitting down and reading your book for at least 15/20 mins. Shifts your focus and gives your mind a rest helping you to relax and unwind.
10. Sit down with your feet up enjoying your favorite drink, listening to your favorite music and allow yourself to be carried away with the ambience of your relaxing moments.
