1. Bring Light into your Life by the Power of Positivity. To ensure you stay positive here are some affirmations until you find your own:

Everything I desire is within my reach,

The power of the Universe is working in my favor

Everything I desire is within my reach,

I stay positive and alert

I have total faith in my abilities

I love change, it brings positive outcomes

I believe in myself

I stay positive and alert

Remember we become what we think we are, so the more you like, love, accept and believe in yourself the easier you overcome and address your challenges.


2. Prayers and Gratitude are you of the biggest way to bring more light into your Life. Acknowledge your thanks by expressing it and telling people how grateful you are to have them help you in your life. Write a short note expressing your gratitude and thanks means so much to someone, because you have taken the time to let them know. Being thankful for the smallest thing to the biggest thing ensures you keep receiving what you need from the most interesting places.

If you say prayers add your gratitude in with your prayers, it can be as simple as:

I am thankful and grateful for what my day entailed

I am grateful and thankful for all the people in my life

I am grateful and thankful for my job/work/business

I am grateful and thankful for Life.

Record your prayers and gratitude and start and finish your day by listening to them.


3. Self Love guarantees you being a bright light for you and others.

Loving yourself faults and all, keeps your energy strong, healthy and bright

Look in the mirror and Love every part of you, start at the top of your head, hair, forehead, eyebrows all the way down to your toes. (you may not feel the love, however when you continue to repeat that you love all of you it does turn around. The more love you put in the quicker it turns around)

I Love and Accept myself today and everyday. Repeat often…… Can be said when you are driving, standing in a queue, out walking, anywhere at any time. Very powerful with great responses from others!!


4. Meditation on a regular basis keeps your inner light shining bright.

Make it easy by doing regular 5 minutes meditation daily, set your timer and focus on your breath until the timer goes off, then you are done go about your day. Repeat daily until you feel you want to stay in a meditative state for a bit longer, then add the extra time. Always keep up your 5 minutes, and during your day you will be able to find 5 mins here and there to just focus on your breathe and keep that inner light shining bright.


5. Do something exhilarating immediately moves you through any fears lingering around and shines your light brightly. Reach out and help someone you don't know in need, buy them a coffee, give them your lunch, give them an old coat, pair of shoes or just a smile.
